Is it good for the fetus to sleep more in the early pregnancy?

TOP 0

Usually, sleeping more in the early pregnancy is good for the fetus, and after pregnancy, due to a series of changes in the body, there will be an increase in sleep time, which is a normal physiological phenomenon, so don't worry too much. However, if you sleep too long and have no activity for a long time, it is not conducive to your own health and the health of your fetus.

In the early pregnancy, due to the change of hormone level of pregnant women, there will be drowsiness. Sleeping more is beneficial to the growth and development of the fetus in the uterus and is good for the fetus. However, we should avoid sleeping for a long time, otherwise, venous thrombosis of lower limbs may occur due to the increase of bed rest time, which is not conducive to weight control and increases the probability of gestational diabetes, which is not only unfavorable to the fetus, but also has a certain impact on itself.

It is suggested that pregnant women should do proper outdoor activities in the first trimester, which is beneficial to promote blood circulation and appetite, and is good for the fetus. In the early pregnancy, besides paying attention to sleep, we should also adjust our diet. If pregnant women have obvious early pregnancy reaction, they can eat less and eat more meals, and the diet is lighter. Don't eat spicy and irritating food. In addition, pregnant women need to take folic acid tablets orally according to the doctor's advice in the first trimester to effectively prevent the occurrence of fetal neural tube growth malformation.
